If the item doesn’t fit, the color’s not right or if you just don’t like it, return or exchange it! Visit our Returns Center to make a return or exchange. You have 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. Once the tag is removed, you cannot return the dress.
Important: For items that are placed on preorder or made-to-order, our standard 30-day return policy still applies. However, your refund may be issued in the form of a physical check or Venmo depending on when the item was shipped out to you.
